Mr. Ibrahim Mansour

Founder

Himo Mansour was born in Egypt where he studied law. He moved to Toronto with his wife in 1963 and established the company in 1974. Canadian Travel Abroad was one of the first North American companies licensed by Intourist, to allow tourists into the USSR. Mr. Mansour’s company became the leader for study and cultural tours to the Middle East, Egypt, and Eastern Europe. He passed away suddenly in July 2008.

In accordance with the Ontario Travel Act, we hold a retail & wholesale licence.
