Day 1 Amman

Upon arriving Queen Alia International Airport, you will be received by a representative to assist you through immigration. Transfer to your hotel in Amman for dinner & overnight.  

Day 2 Amman - Madaba - Mount Nebo - Petra

After breakfast, head towards Madaba, the city of Mosaics, which has the oldest known mosaic map of the holy land. After that we will go to view the Jordan Valley from the famous Mount Nebo. Visit the Byzantine church. Continue to Petra, capital of the Nabateans, for dinner & overnight.  

Day 3 Petra

Visit Petra, one of the 7 wonders of the world. It is the legacy of the Nabateans, an industrious Arab people who settled in south Jordan more than 2000 years ago. See hundreds of buildings, tombs, baths, funerary halls, temples, arched gateways, a 3000 seat theatre. Horse ride to the entrance of the Siq, access point to Petra. Drive back to Amman (approx. 3 hours) for dinner & overnight.  

Day 4 Amman & Jerash
A brief tour of Amman, the modern and ancient - capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. It was known as Rabbath-Ammon during the Iron Age and later as Philadelphia. Amman now boasts a population of around 2.3 million. Drive to Jerash, 50 km north of the capital, one of the best-preserved Roman provincial towns in the world. Jerash is a fine example of provincial Roman urbanism; comprising of paved and colonnaded streets, soaring hilltop temples, handsome theatres, spacious public squares and plazas, baths, fountains and city walls pierced by towers and gates.

Return to Amman for dinner & overnight.  

Day 5 Amman

Transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
